First place CBN made mistake by

 

1. choosing capital near there are no government lands

2. Andhra is core for agriculture, it has fertile lands. he is trying to land pool fertile lands and construct IT/Industries which does not make sense because already lot of people are already employed through agriculture, so now he is destroying those fertile lands make unemployed and built industries make them employed back again

3. He is all over IT, which has no future he is just thinking one side that IT will get revenues and make state profitable( Same as TG), In this whole process I think he may kill farming in andhra. This is what happened in TG

 

TG has already become and IT/Industry Hub, he should progress andhra in different direction like agriculture/ ports/finance hub..CBN is just thinking of IT/Industry because state get more revenue through taxes
