recently ex. one major client in WI and IL had received anonymous compalaint that desis are joined their company and abusing. they started investigation very secretly. they found that 3 guys (2 guys are contractors and 1 is FTE) as a partners started one company and through that company they brought 16 other people( all are aunties and girls) into this client as contractors. They went even in depth investigation and found that vendor is also nothing but that belongs to this guys. so they fired all of them immediately with one week pay and barred from doint business with this client in future.

yes telugus only. now the client imposed strict rules every where. the client even went to to impose rules on how indian guys takes vacation(max 3 weeks only). before they go to india, they have to return laptop and id. they removed wfh.

 

all this happened with one anonymous complaint and 5 months HR investigation.
