question Ds-160 Number Update/change For Jamaica Visa -Immediate Help Required

I was not able to retrieve my DS-160 Form to complete it, for my visa appointment in Jamaica. 

Initially to generate the DS-160 number I filled information in first page and saved it and booked a visa appointment slot.

Now when I am trying to open it to complete the DS-160 I was not able to retrieve it. 

So any one faced above situation, please provide me suggestions . 

 

Is there an option to start a new DS-160, and upload it to my VISA appointment page?
