Frankly speaking ...keeping AP's deficit Budget in mind, AP Govt should think about using existing resources (like, Nagarjuna Univ for assembly, Medha Towers and Loyola College) for Govt Business operational purposes at least for the time being rather than opting for land pooling.

Because of land pooling 17 villages in a State will be loosing 30K acres of agriculture yielding land. And AP state Govt(CBN) anukunnatha easy gaa vundhadhu ee land pooling. Let's wait and see how people will start agitating once the process starts.

Also developing a new capital is NOT a easy task...After completing land pooling...all these 17 villages will need to divided into different zones keeping various developments activities in mind.

Oka normal 15 units apartments kattali ante...minimum one year paduthundhi...alanthidhi...major buildings, roads connectivity, business establishments raavali ante....CBN ki vunna 4 years saripodhu.....

Even though the development is assigned to major companies like L&T ..it takes atleast 6 to 7 years to complete that too smooth sailing aithee nee....

And another concern is about allotting the 1000 sq yards - when is this gonna happen...Are people willing to wait for that long?

what about small farmers who are dependent on loans for their kids studies, hospital expenses (or) kid marriages...

They can't get a loan anywhere until the Govt registers the land(1000sq. Yard) to them....And that too developed land aithe nee banks will approve the loan.

so eee gola pade kante.....atleast Thullur village itself has 9000 acres ....so oka pilot project laga...he should try to develop in that village. Ofcourse in the mean time neighboring villages lo prices peak ki velluthundhi.....which in turn will  become impossible for future land pooling.

Another best option....20K people daggara ee 30K acres land pooling dwara acquire chese badhulu....each acre 50 lakhs to 1crore purchase chesthe...at the most Rs20000 crores avuthundhi...(even if he pays 1 crore for each acre)

Sodhi vesinattu vunna....so anyways what are your thoughts folks?
