bro, In my opinion, land pooling system implemented by TDP is the best of available options. and we know the future problems of building the capital in seema. water problems and factions.

Al kaadhu bro in person naku enti antae its better to choose Ragadi bhoomi instead of panta polalu .. with current technology transport shouldn't be an issue .. 

so capital city antha okae dagara katti savaka like HYD its better chinna chinna cities maadiriga with in 10-20kms distance lo chesi and connect them internally with high speed ways, flyovers ala .. which would bring life to all people in AP .. just think ala untae how good would be the development and people anii .. each and every one would benefit out of it .. 

 

and Babu gaari vishyam lo osthae cabinet lo unna vallu edho kontha mandhi thappa migtha vallu sariga laeru .. not sure how far they are helping him .. IAS cader kooda ela undho thelidhu ...  and thanu anukunnavi people ki ee madhyalo chetha vallu reach avanisthaaaro laedho ??

How much pain do u think they have to go through? personally, i felt ongole would be the best place to build a capital. Hyd concentrate avadaniki karanam, IT clusters form avadam like silicon valley. i agree that panta polalu shldn't be wasted. kani, I think according to what cbn is planning, ap lo unna ragadi bhoomulu ani industrial use ki and ee panta polalu which have abundandt water resource cosmopolitan city develop cheyadaniki use chestharu. the only way we cld have saved these lands was if we had united andhra. but now, pretty much all of the land exempting forest cover will be used for development. we have resources as well as high population. 

 

i agree with the land attachment too. but for development, we have to give away few things bro. its all for the development of our own state. kadhu, nenu na polam anukuney vadi gurinchi discussion kuda waste. national integrity and state development are equally imp bro more than a selfish reason. also, leaving the attachment aspect, it is financially beneficial for them.
