I cant buy one after that date?? 2) bcbs lo nenu unde zip code enter chesi chusthe around $130 nunchi plans unay....but what you said is its starting from $200, does price varies by zip code? 1) Until Dec 15, you will have more options and long term plans available to enroll, after that only short term plans from providers like BCBS will be there.... 2) starting plans that you are seeing may be HMO which require that you visit only the specific doctor available in that plan in your area, whereas if you select PPO, you can go to any doctor in the local bcbs network..... also, prices might be slightly different for different zip codes or states....
