general or routine health check up untadhi kadha once in an year for free.... is it a primary care physician that we need to go to or how to search for those doctors or hospitals?.....

1) Until Dec 15, you will have more options and long term plans available to enroll, after that only short term plans from providers like BCBS will be there....

 

2) starting plans that you are seeing may be HMO which require that you visit only the specific doctor available in that plan in your area, whereas if you select PPO, you can go to any doctor in the local bcbs network..... also, prices might be slightly different for different zip codes or states....
