Go for 57 job........ Oka 1 year job chesina akkada, double pay vasthadi...... aa tarvatha emana teda aina, jump to a desi company and run the pay roll through them......

usual ga ithey american consulting companies ki evaru ft ki vellaru, like you mentioned job eppudina povachii after that they give time of 30-45 days max, aa lopu job rakapothey you have to go back to your country on employers expenses and come back when you get a job, idi process, e reason valla evaru join avvaru, immigration issues dude, inka desi companies ikada survive avuthunayi ante e pay rolls run cheyadam valla which is good for us contractors. so i suggest to go for 30 per hr job and make yourself safe there, and then start hunting for FT direct client jobs, if you get it just give notice and leave, if not continue at desi until you get FT..good luck

my friend is employed with a desi consultantcy ...they are very nice....client letter techaru, h1b easy ga approve ayindi.
They trained him also.
But they are giving only 30 dollars
Now my friend got another job from a American company with 57 per hour
But the only problem is , imagine if the American company says, "you are fired "..??
Does he has some grace time for h1b transfer....
The only reason that he does not want to change the company is "he has that fear that his h1b might be in trouble once if got fired"
