B4Balayya Posted November 19, 2014 Report Posted November 19, 2014 +1, did she have the cleared docs from that case from the court, if she paid fine they would have given her the receipt and docs, did she even took those docs at the time of interview, did she even submit them ..if no..this is a situation now, if she have those concerned docs, how will she submit to the consulate, if she dont have those docs she can get one from the court anytime, but the point is how will she submit them docs to the counsulate, LTT for experts and sorry for your friend good luck Bro .. Peter123 Posted November 19, 2014 Report Posted November 19, 2014 good thing she submitted every thing on that case, no need to worry of them docs as of now cos thats not imp for her now anyways, the red below is what they are upon now, since she already gave an explanation about it, they will not check with the court i reckon, but might check about is she really working there in store which is illegal, everything will be good bro, and i pray for her, one more good point to her is she is FT now, and would have already submitted good work, so she ll be alright bro all she has to do now is keep her fingers crossed , faith and patience she did carried the receipt (fine paid) and the court document. But they are saying you paid fine only because you are proven guilty and you received monetary benefits outside which is illegal. she gave the original receipt and docs at the end and now she does not even have a copy of them to go back to the original court and get any kind of statement of what happened. When we reached out to the original court, the official said we need a receipt and any kind of doc to look for that case details. since she gave the original docs now we dont even know those details.
