Bridgewater State University Help

Hello friends,

 

Want to keep it short. My cousin got 295 gre, 84 toefl, 61 % with 11 backlogs. 2011 PASSED OUT.

 

1. will he get admission in Bridgewater State University for this kind of profile? (11 backlogs only backdrop)

2. Also they have not asked for WES evaluation, but sending WES evaluation will help to avoid 11 backlogs...will they help?
