daantlo EB1,EB2,EB3 each 28% and rest are like 7%

 

so EB1 &2 &3 -40,000 GREENCARDS EACH

 

take country cap of 7% ...so 7% of 40k=2800 greencards in EB2 and EB1 and EB3 for india

 

due to huge demand..india,china,phillipines and mexico are counted as seperate cap and all the other countries with less demand  come under Rest of the world

 

 

so i meant during june 2007 all these unused visas from EB1 EB2  india or may be the Rest of teh world(as its evident demand in these countries is pretty low)..they picked up these unused numbers are split it to huge demand countries like india china...
