Manager - should have reporting a in home country and in US or atleast 1 year experience other than home country and US.
EB1 ki no PERM stage.. Just 140 and 485. Since EB1 dates are current u get GC less than a year .. 4 months lo kuda vachai

EB2 - any where Masters (4+2) with 1 yr exp or bachelors + 5 yrs exp in prior company
