Law is land acquisition ( its approved by supreme court)

 

if you go with govt. has to pay full compensation well ahead before acquiring.

 

now govt. has no money to pay compensation for whole 30k acres

 

all the projects like roads , dams happened with this act.

 

other is land pooling ( no law for this)

 

govt. will take the land make agreement will land owners - after development they will pay some amount.

 

here - govt is proposing 25k per acre  / per year and 1000 sq.feet land after development ( may be after 5-10 years)

 

here there is no protection if new govt. cancels that project..

both are there man ...

 

big players will not have any problem ( like how as 20 to 30 acres) .. they are ready to give..

 

problem is with who are small players like who having 1/2 or 2 acres and raithu koolilu..

farmers are ready to give the lands if the same amount is given now..

vyavasayam chesukuney vallaki vere panulu cheyadam kastam...Govt should consider giving agricultural land some where from Govt lands after taking their land for Capital city....ala kadu...develop chesi 1000 gajalu jaga istam antey...em chesukoni batuktar vayya vallu.
