Filed in regular, for Transfer/Extension on the last day - Nov 9  Ending

 

H1 Receipt Say - Nov 10

 

Employer said no issue.

 

Already in E ( EMP ), V ( M ) , V ( I ) , C ( B ) Model.

 

Now B said budget cuts. Discussed with EMP and Changed to Premium yesterday 11/19

 

11/19 Client first said the first week of december, now again said last week of November ( 11/28 ) last.

 

11/20 First Vendor(I) mentioned, different client will try to get you onboard at the earliest possible.

 

Not sure what will happen to my Filed Case, as many say RFE for sure....

Do not worry even if its RFE you can re-apply with different client/location. In past I was in similar situation and read a lot about in murthy/trackiit forums and found that this is common.
