sarvind.012 Posted November 20, 2014 Author Report Posted November 20, 2014 If perm was applied 365 days before 6th year h1b expiratio...you are eligible for one year extension as long as there is pending decision on perm(be it audit or general)..._ 2016 Dec lo 6 years iypothundhi, so hope by that time perm process iye 140 kuda approve avvali :)

Motham employer pay cheysadu Bhayya ..nee audit random dhi...they have some criteria to audit applications..trackitt lo search cheyi..you can get that word document..example: masters degree with no job experience 50 percent of such applications will be audited"..they have 8 points like that.. Nee second audit point simple..not to worry on that...worry, athie first point ke avvali..because you do not how good your manager did documentation on the candidates they interviewed and if there is any qualified one...did your attorney give any confidence after goong through audit.documentation submitted by the company...

Company attorney, full confident ga unnadu.. Jujjubhi, illantive chala chusa, its just a normal one! Dont worry much.. but andharu cheypinattu it will take some time good amount of time antunadu :(

Nee question emiti bro..audit deni meedha.. april/ may audits vi process chesthunaru ga..I guess you should know something soon...case number unte search dolstats or icert...it will only show approved..recently dol realised quarterly results..it will have all the case where a decision has been made

MeMyself Posted November 21, 2014 Report Posted November 21, 2014 Audit ki reply ichava..Audit deny ayindha...deny annatu epuduv telisindhi... there is no deny status man.. audit loki velthe updates ravadam nenu chudaledhu.. but here people are saying 5.. 6 months lo reply ravali antunnaru.. which is true.. but na case lo no reply.. i have replied the audit.. and my lawyer dwara ppaly chesinavalaki andariki labour approve ayyindhi.. but they are doing random audits.. if random audit loki velthe.. chances of approval ela vuntayo I am not sure..
