Few moments ago, I cooked cauliflower curry that is submerged within a broth of thin cut tomatoes. To give it a nice flavor, added coriander powder & cumin powder. Try it, Im pretty sure you knew it long time back.

It is'nt readymade. To bring a broth like textrure, I cut the tomatoes into tiny slices, added an equal quantity of water & allowed it boil for a while.
