H1B Extenion Denied. Applying New H1B Extension Again,

Hi I got H1b in 2013-2014.Its  got denied due to employe-employer relation .During my  first h1b got same rfe and its  got approved,For extension they denied with that reason. 

My lawyer said we will apply one more petition since my i94 expires on nov 24. My documents will reach by monday. 

What is possibility of my visa chances!!!
