The AP Government has taken a crucial decision over acquisition of land for the capital city. The issue of land pooling is creating some resistance and in order to avoid future hassles over acquiring the land the Government passed an acquisition act to procure land through it if it faces the resistance from the land owners. Hence the land acquisition act 2014 is made as per the suggestions of the revenue officials.
