ippati chennai situation ela undho naaku telidu. naa time ilaane unde vaallu. ofcourse, nenu kaadu. because I hate fellows who are always cheerful.

Truth is, tamil directors are experts in capturing lower class or lower middle class of Chennai in movies.

 

but only Maniratnam makes upper middle class  chennai characters reasonably bearable. but even he can't capture a specific nerd subculture among chennai upper middle class.
