Summary that I understood

 

1) It takes approxmately 6-8 months for the EO to be effective

2) once your I140 is approved you can directly apply for EAD. No waiting time or u don't have to see if the date is current

3) you can change your job or employer once you get EAD to any similar job (need not be exactly same for example developer to lead or project manager where the job requires higher degree.)
