President Posted November 25, 2014 Report Share Posted November 25, 2014 EAD is just for authorizing work.. you can work on EAD without H1B, but once GC is denied, you are out of status from the date H1b last expired. so its always better to maintain H1b status even if you have EAD EAD is not for travel, Advance parole lo mathrame can enter but its very risky as you enter on parole status.
