H1B Extenion Denied. Applying Again From Same Employer On Same Project

   Recently i applied h1b extension petition from same employer which approved for my last  year petition . There is no changes in terms of client , vendor or sub vendor letter. They have approved Employ - employer relation ship last year , But  its got denied this time.

 

My attorney says we will go ahead and apply one more extension instead of MTR so that i can work.

My i94 expires on nov24, My new   packet reached to uscis on nov21.

will i am in status?

what are the options of my visa approval!!

5 of my friends approval on same cilent letter. They said there is no my employer name on client letter. But there are two layer.

One is implementation partner and prime vendor,

Don't worry about approvals I have cases from my employer who have applied the similar way as you did and they were approved.
I don't know much details about what changes they made when it was applied second time. But for sure in success case they had all valid document with client letters etc

You are still on valid status as per my knowledge and what I read on murthy.com & trackiit.com in past
