The choice of two things in life ... Going on the postive/negutive curve ... Understand that if you are searching for ur identity in ur solution ur in negutive curve ... If ur in a path of understanding the problem and try to fix it then ur in the positive curve ...

Eg: if some one come & scolds u ... If u think why the hell he scolded me ... I am the superior i have lot of knowledge ... Etc etc will enrich ego in you and u dont see the actual exact reason behind other people intenion.. "I " here is leading u in negtive curve ...
If u had understood the problem as if what went wrong why he scolded me .. U will find the root cause and u can fix it ...

So most problems occur when u take path highligting the "i" ...leads to problems even in relationships

Our mind is in duality race between what i am and what people think and tries to frame out ...we are just the product of this ...
