ఎపిలో తొలి విడత రుణమాఫీ నగదు బదిలీ కార్యక్రమాన్ని డిసెంబరు ఐదున చేయాలని తాత్కాలికంగా నిర్ణయించారు.ప్రభుత్వం ఈ మేరకు ఒక షెడ్యూల్ ను ఖరారు చేసింది.ఈ నెల ఇరవై ఐదు కు అర్హుల జాబితాను ప్రకటిస్తారు. ఆ తర్వాత పరిశీలనకు అవకాశం ఇస్తారు.ఆ తర్వాత ముఖ్యమంత్రి జపాన్ నుంచి తిరిగి వచ్చిన తర్వాత పెద్ద కార్యక్రమం ఏర్పాటుచేసి నగదు బదిలీ చేస్తారు.అయితే ఇక్కడ కీలకమైన అంశం ఏమిటంటే అరవై లక్షల కుటుంబాలలో ఒక్కరికే రుణమాఫీ అవుతుందని,దానివల్ల ఖాతాల సంఖ్య ముప్పై రెండు లక్షలకు తగ్గుతుందని చెబుతున్నారు.అలాగే బంగారు రుణాలపై కూడా రుణమాఫీ ఉండకపోవచ్చని అంటున్నారు.
