Nenu last year kotta car teesukunna and I am moving back to india forgood next year. Ippudu aa car maa cousin ki ichesi vellocha. adi finance lo vundi and registration naa name meeda vundi. Ippudu maa cousin student visa meeda vunnadu so he cant get ood finance rates anduke naa name meeda vunchesi tanu insurane tesukoni vadocha.

i think you can pay balance on the car and give it to him as gift  for low value, so that he can register..also he may have to pay high insurance.

yeah add him to your insurance as the primary driver and he can use the car..
