if i am on project the whole quarter, i get 200% bonus. basically naa utilization 78% unte 100% bonus vastadi.after that each 1% ki 5% add chestaru. naaku 1 quater lo okasari max 300% vachindi that is around 9K.

Yeah...Naa old company lo kuda same concept uncle...nee perc is based on your grade...Higher the grade higher the perc...Manager aa range ki velthe almost 50 perc ala undedhi :) naa present company lo yr start lo oka dollar value fix chestadu instead of perc :)
