You need to get finger printed at your local police station and send to FBI (I guess the address is Charsleton VW)It will take around 3 months to get your police clearance letter..Youc an send it later to CIC when ever you receive them

USA aithe..FBI criminal records, FBI website lo form untundhi..finger prints and form fill chesi pampithe. criminal records neeku post chestharu. India aithe..go to our embassy site, down load the application and submit in the nearest embassy. They will provide the police clearance certificate.

Dhantlo chala categories unnayi bro. Depends on each category. Normally takes more than an year. For both, Federal and Provincial nominee there are two stages. First stage lo federal aithe nee eligibility check chestharu based on points and approve it. Then they ask u to submit some docs and submit in the local embassy. Thats where the police clearance, back ground check, medical reports and etc. Adhi success aithe..they ask u to send the passport to stamp the one-time entry visa to enter and apply for PR card. Second stage..federal and provincial nominee almost same untundhi. But first stage lo provincial nominee lo each province has its own way of dealing and processing. And they give you the nominee certificate. You need to enclose that nominee certificate.

 

They keep changing the eligibility criteria very often. Better check in the CIC website for latest eligibility rules. For provincial nominee u need to go to each provincial nominee and find out more info.
