man, you can open a company that gets profits but can get investments man.... on top of that self h1 not possible... which is nothing but you cannot start a consultancy on h1... simple

man, I talked to 12 different CPA's and spent $700 for talking to Murthy lawyers... which all told me same answer... h1 doesn't work as you want it to be... there are 1000 clauses around... you need to have a GC person in the company... inka I will leave it man

no man, you are wrong... h1 can do but you cannot take even 1 rupee out of the account... It has to live there in the account and die there in the account

man  .... neenu single dollar spend cheyaledhu man .... but man I have product idea and spoke with YC group man ....  they told m,e that if I clear round 1  they will take care about all legal issues about comapny man .... simple example apoorva mehatha man ... he started his company on h1 man ......  I am leaving it for u r $700 and CPA's man

Company lu 4 rakamulu...

 

INC -- same as c corp but only thing is tax is one time

LLC -- same as C corp but tax is one time...

C corp -- Minimum EAD kaavali tax is twice...

S Corp -- GC kaavali no matter what.. tax enni times oo gurtu ledu...

 

You can start a IT Company(that is not a consultancy) and accept investments and have your idea running.. Any money you will get through will go to the investors... all you get is a share in the company so it's just like stock market...

 

You can start a consultancy... but if you are the only person running it, with no gc and so on, you can by no means legally work with it as per h1 rules... if you get money, you cannot take it out of your account because if you want to take that amount, you have to pay tax either twice or once... twice antey one is for the company and the other one is for your w2... second time nee account loki vachina money ki em ani tax chupistaav?? C-corp will work only that way... twice taxation...

 

you can start a consultancy but you cannot use that money until there is a gc person inside that...

 

what is the idea of having h1 with some company when you are not working with them and having your company?? just there you are violating h1 policy... inka alochinchu... 

 

I have an unique idea and I want to do a company antaava, you can do that on h1 still... I have one such right now too...
