Bhayyas...naa friend okadu Apr- 2008 lo h1 apply chesaadu and  i797 was  approved. But visa interview ki vellaledu and so US ki kuda raaledu. Now his company XYZ in India is filing for h1b. so ipudu naa friend H1b exempt aa? 

H1 file cheyyadaniki malli Apr1st varaku wait cheyyaala?

 

And naa friend ki valla company XYZ email lo ila pettindi  anta. So meelo evarikayina teliste info cheppandi please.
