money2anywhere best...nenu 2 months back 25k pampanu, it was fast, he gives best rates also...maa friend gaddu 50k+ pampaadu vaadiki konchem background chck yekkuva jarigindhi..I got money around 4 days, my friends50k transaction took two more additional days..customercare guy was saying next transactions will credited in 2 days [haven't tried again]..

 

Regarding bank account in india, it's always better to have NRE account on your name with rights given to your father/mother..but even if you transfer money to your regular account there won't be any issues unless interest earned on it per annum is more than 10k [I guess this limit is correct, but do cross check].....

If you are crediting money and immediately withdrawing then there won't be any issues at all
