already system loo image untiedi.... if not you can use USB.. or like mac you can also reset using internet if you have pre set account...

already system loo image untiedi.... if not you can use USB.. or like mac you can also reset using internet if you have pre set account...

samw foe win 8 and win8.1 it will reset....no need to format
