Registration & all paper work for car done in STATE - 1 3 months kotta project, vere state ki move ayyanu now I am in STATE -2 question is ippudu car registration emanna change cheyyala to state 2 & dealer ki emanna cheppla that I am moving to another state BTW, STATE-2 is PA meee amulyamina advise pls

If it is financed car then bank(for ex DCU in my case) has to send title electronically to DMV and then they will give reg. Note: PA will not register your car without PA licence PS: former PA resident for 4 yrs...
