i use att 2 yr contract 3GB data = 40$ and 2 lines = 40$  each = total 120$ per month 

 

120$ x 24 months = 2880$ 

2 phones = 2x199$ = 400 $

Total = 3280$ for 2 yrs.

and what u mentioned? are you sure u have upgrade eligibility as of now  for 2 phone lines under your plan ?

but if you do why dont you ask ATT for 15$ per month discount per line ,  if you didnot renew a contract after Jan-Feb this yr u should be eligible for it ideally, just ask customer care.

 

 

Now assuming that you are eligible and do get 15$ per month discount from here  on and also have upgrade eligibility.

I would suggest dont upgrade , if you upgrade u pay 199$ +40$ and per line cost goes back to 40 $ per month per line again

 

just get new phone in ATT next ,
