baa naa routine idhi....3months lo (minus 12kg)

 

morning : Cornflakes and milk

 

before lunch : 1 apple

 

lunch : no menu (mixed vegetable, salad or soup and 1 banana) or (meat sandwich only)

 

evening 16:00h : 2 apples or other fruits

 

evening dinner : eat less rice and more curry and drink 0.1% fat curd

 

drink lots of water or tea whenever you are hungry..... 

 

if you have to eat biryani.......do sport for 1hr to compensate....

 

Office lo free ga vastundhi ani cakes and biscuits tinaku.....

 

drink only normal coffee , no choclate cofee etc....avoid Starbucks, kfc, mc d
