suggestions ....

1) Avoid carbs ( if you want eat once cup brown rice or quinoa once a day )

2) Avoid drinking and snacks ( substitute snacks with fruits and veggies)

3) Avoid sweets ( have some fruits if you want to have a sweet)

4) Never eat any party left overs 

5) Work out for 1 hr every day  or substitute the same time with any sport (badminton or Tennis or racket ball)

6) Eating in time is also must

7) Never eat any carbs after 7 in the evening

Carbs ekkuvaga endulo untay baa?

rice ,bread ,chapathi all these come under carbs ..........so you need to cut them down ...........have a big bowl of curry with small cup of rice or chapathi...brown rice contains more fibre and less carbs compared to white rice which wont let you to eat more ...........
