low carb and high protein diet saripothundaa? calorie deficit undalaa leka excess aa? ---> gradullay nee cal intake taginchali... like eee week motham if you take 2000 cal then next week motham 1900 with more intense and weights chyalii... giving shock to ur body also works most of the time ... so some recommend 2 high carb days and 3 low carb days and 2 midum carb days.... high carb days rojuu you have to lift weights and good cardio also imp...

 

ekkado chadivaa 14-15 times your body weight undali calorie intake ani, is it true? edii emoo telvadu....I dont know how relible that article is.... ususally it depends on ur metobalic activity, height, body weight  not just weight 

 

40% carbs 40% protein 20% fat is that good enough?this again depends how much ur burning in GYM...

 

 

bottom line is ur intake is directly proportional to the time and quality of Gyming you do antey mama...if u burn  1500 cal in gym you need to eat 1500 cal.... or less

ya only weights can help build ur strength but it cardio... is must needed.... atleast morning 15 min and evening 20 min....try to add that
