Yellow pulkas and paccha media started to send feelers that US consulate is coming up in VJA..
 
They cooly forget that even Bangalore has NO US consulate and do they think VJA is bigger than Bangalore ???

The opening of consulates is governed by principles of reciprocity
 
Means 'The number of US consulates should be same as that of Indian consulates in USA'
If India wants to open a new consulate in USA,US should also open a consulate in India
 
'The opening of US  Consulate in Hyderabad was the result of India opening of it's consulate in Atlanta' It took around 5 yrs to reach agreement and another 3 yrs for opening of consulate
 
The decision is made at US state department and not a local consulate PRO
 
 pulkas first know the process and then make PPTs and start dancing !

you can not go to which ever consulate you like. AP people should go to only HYD consulate if you are an indian resident.

If you are an NRI you can go to any consulate in India.
