question Can Anyone Suggest Good Ipad For India (Village Not City)

Hello,

 

My parents live in a village in Nalgonda district and they are not techie. I am planning to send them IPad for Facetime (only). I am wondering which IPad should I send them. Could anyone suggest please?

 

basically I am looking for following information:

 

I need to do Facetime only and my parents doesn't know the techie stuff. Due to this I am planning to send them IPad with Cellular (not the Wi-Fi as they do not know how to configure the Wi-Fi over there)

 

is it 3G/4G good in villages?

 

Is IPad 2 good enough?

Sorry, I should have mentioned earlier. I am looking for bigger IPads and no minis.

 

Also, I did look for IPad with Cellular versions in Black Friday, but could not find any proper deal.

 

Also, could you please tell me how is the Cellular internet speed is in Andhra? it's been few years I came to india and hence no idea how is it now.
