How many corners does an apartment have.( more corners more costly) 2. Foundation quality, Each pillar ki enni cement bags use cheysaru and width of each pillar. 3. Exterior walls: Brick or block, mostly brick use cheystharu for constructing apartment.. ey place nundi brick theypincharu(quality) will be also consider in pricing per sqft cost of 1000 bricks may cost around 5000-7200rs. 4. Exterior finish ( luxury or custom or best standard) 5. Floor finish(lime stone) 6. Roof and walls finish( putty) 7. what kind of Kitchen they are setting up 8. Doors and window ey quality wood use cheysaru 9. No of car parking spots. 10.
