I am right now in opt extension
I haven't defended my thesis yet
Can I defend my thesis in jan and still able to apply for h1 under masters quota next April??

H1 apply cheysey appudu masters certificate pettali.. so OPT extension ki u can apply without masters certificate but I think u can't apply H1.. but wait for experts.. LTT
