like pentaya said I too dont recommend tier 2 visa.

Happy ga US vellochu. Nenu kuda tier2 lo unna  .Searching for jobs.  Tier2 vallaki tight gaane undhi

Needhi chaala rare skill set, market lo dhorakatam chaala kastam anukunte try chesuko. But still if you are well settled in India with good job ayina vaddhu. Naaku thelisina vallu kontha mandhi ela vachi  job raak india ki velli poyaru.

Inka oka advice ---- If you really want to come and if you are married nee wife ki tier 2 visa vesi nuvvu dependent gaa ravachu. tier2 dependents have no work restrictions and can do both permanent and contract jobs. And generally salary baagane untadhi

As per Skill Sets: Most of the demand is on: Hadoop, Scala, NoSQL Databases, Analytics - like R, AWS, Pentaho. Talend etc.

If not for one of the above, it may take any time between 1 month to Life time to get a job in the UK.

Great Insights...Really appreciate your replies...

I am actually looking out for consultancies who could do Tier 2. What are the points that I should keep in mind while dealing with consultants?

I am actually looking out for consultancies who could do Tier 2. What are the points that I should keep in mind while dealing with consultants?

First of all, as I said Neeku personal ga thelesina consultancies/companies nunche try cheyi. Evaru leka pothe keep a note of below points in case you are going for some anonymous  consultancies

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/382856/Tiers_2__5_Register_of_Sponsors_2014-12-04.pdf

1) Neeku sponsor chese company paina link lo unna list lo undaali (should be atleast A rating)

2)Next, enquire about the company. U can check whereabouts, its status, no. of employees etc in the following link.....

http://companycheck.co.uk/

3) financial terms mundhe clear ga maatladuko..... visa raaka mundhu entha evali, vachina tharuwata entha evali and all.

job vachina tharuwata entha commission theesukuntaaru

mainly about taxes....  konthamandhi first 2-3 months taxes kattanavasarm ledu antaru (it depends though)

taxes katte tappudu konthamandhi employee tax + employer tax ( Actually this should be paid by company) adugutharu manani. In that case deggara deggara £900 pounds untadhi combined taxes.

Note: Actual ga dec and jan market chaala dull ga untadhi so try coming here in feb or after. And nuvvu vachetappudu atleast 500000 rs theesukuni ra....financial ga u won't have much tension for 4-5 months

please think twice before making any move.

And seriously brotheru, nuvvu nijam gaa ikkadiki tier2 meeda vasthunte maatram with gods grace twaraga job ravali.

Mastaru i am on Tier-2 genral (UK lo apply chesa)

i strongly recommend not to come to UK on Tier-2 (unless you got sponsorship from client)

most of the Agencies are not encouraging Tier-2 (tier-2 ante 10gamanthuanru)

i struggled for 8 months ( Interview ayipoyi,  job placement and joining date vachaka last minute lo Agency vaadu we dont work with Tier-2 ani hand iicharu)

ila 3 jobs lo jarigindi. No job, nothing.

edo lucky ga oka agency vaadu accept chesau , i am contining on it.

Naaku inko 1.5 years lo PR ki eligible avtha, anduke kastam ayina, elago maintain chesthunaa.

If agencies accept Tier-2 candidates , market is good,

naa deggera cheppinchukunna chana mandi friends , okk mukka rakapoyina, Tier-1 meda vunnaru , manchi jobs kottaru.

Its all depends on Luck, long term contract, agency vaadu accept cheste, baane vuntadi

But i dont reccommond any one , its my personal opinion
