The follwing persons are dependent upon me for support...??

 

My wife just started working since Oct 1st, 2014...earlier she was on H4...

 

should I have to put her name ..??

 

Question 9:

 

I have previosuly submitted the afidavit of support for the following persons..?

 

I did it for my parents, but not sure on dates..?? What dates to put ..??

 

 

Question 10:

 

I have submitted the visa petitions to USCIS on behalf of follwong persons ..?

 

What does this question mean. 

 

 

Other Question :

 

My wife just started working since this October-2014. 

 

If VO asks why your Alludu send you sponsorship documents, and why not your Daughter, how to asnwer this question.

8 - no, just the visitors, 9 -approx, 10 no idea..11 - they won't ask .. don't worry ..u can just say she just started working if they do. ATB. 

In most cases they won't even ask for I134.

8 - just the dependents your wife and child not visitors/parents.. If ur wife is partially dependent u can select that option. I did the same in ur scenario.

9. Just provide their visa stamping date

10. I think it's none

Last - it's not mandatory for her to sponsor. Just send her employment letter in case they ask for it
