  హైదరాబాద్: అర్హులైన వారందరికీ పంట రుణమాఫీ చేస్తామని ఏపీ సీఎం చంద్రబాబు హామీయిచ్చారు. ఈనెల 10 నుంచి రూ. 50 వేలలోపు పంట రుణాలు పూర్తిగా మాఫీ చేస్తామని చెప్పారు. 6న లబ్దిదారుల జాబితాను ఇంటర్నెట్ లో పెడతామన్నారు.  అభ్యంతరాల స్వీకరణకు 9న గ్రీవెన్ సెల్, కాల్ సెంటర్ పెడతామని తెలిపారు.

రుణమాఫీపై గురువారం ఆయన విధాన ప్రకటన చేశారు. మొదటి దశ రుణాలు ఇప్పుడు మాఫీ చేస్తున్నామన్నారు. 22 లక్షల 79 కుటుంబాలకు తొలివిడతగా రుణమాఫీ చేస్తామన్నారు. నాలుగు వారాల తర్వాత రెండో దశ రుణమాఫీ ఉంటుందని తెలిపారు. తమ కాన్సెప్ట్ ప్రకారం రుణమాఫీ చేస్తామని స్పష్టం చేశారు. రెండో విడతలో సర్టిఫికెట్లు ఇచ్చి నాలుగు విడతలుగా 10 శాతం వడ్డీతో చెల్లిస్తామన్నారు.

ఒక్కో కుటుంబానికి రూ. లక్షన్నర సీలింగ్ పెట్టామన్నారు. 01-04-2007 నుంచి 31-12-2013 వరకు తీసుకున్న రుణాలు మాఫీ చేస్తామని చెప్పారు. రూ. 50 వేల లోపు రుణాలకు స్కేల్ ఆఫ్ ఫైనాన్స్ వర్తించదని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఒక కుటుంబంలో నలుగురు రూ. లక్షన్నర కంటే ఎక్కువ రుణం తీసుకుంటే ప్రొడేటా ప్రకారం రుణమాఫీ చేస్తామన్నారు.

రుణమాఫీకి ఆధార్, రేషన్ కార్డులు తప్పనిసరి అని చెప్పారు. రేషన్ కార్డులు లేనివారి వివరాలు జన్మభూమి కమిటీల ద్వారా సేకరిస్తామని చెప్పారు. ఒకే సర్వే నంబర్ లో భూమి యజమాని, కౌలు రైతు రుణం తీసుకుంటే.. కౌలు రైతుకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఇచ్చామని వెల్లడించారు.
