2 meals ni cut chesi 6 meals ga tinavachu if you digestive system is not working properly(this means u r rogi)......................

 

lunch lo tinna amount of food, 4 times a day  tinthe lot of health problems vastheye...........

 

skip breakfast means eating lunch early morning ani meaning....... ee s/w joblo padi adi kudharadam ledu gani.........

 

 

 amount of work should be directly proportional to amount of food in take........

 

thats why 1-2 times meals is good enough for a healthy s/w eng......

dude neeku evvaru chepparo gani nuvvu cheppedi correct kadu... If is healthy to have a good breakfast and lunch and light dinner, at the same time it is very very bad not to have breakfast... same amount of food ni 5-6 times ga split chesthe inka manchidi... its always a better thing to eat less quantities more time rather than more quantities less times... consult a doctor or dietitian if you don't trust me...

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper(1 + 1/2 + 1/2)  same thing different style.......
