One at a time bhayya .... i quit drinking and in about a month i ll try to quit smoking as well.

I and most of the pupl dont agree with this... its a big trash.... correct amount of mean and 6 meals a day dosent kill you...

 

and BTW skipping ur breakfast kills more early than having more than 3 meals a day...

no breakfast direct lunch...........

 

 

A person of knowledge eats only once a day

One who is of the enjoyment of the world eats twice a day

One who eats three times a day ends up diseased

And one who eats more than 3 times a day sees their death early.

2 meals ni cut chesi 6 meals ga tinavachu if you digestive system is not working properly(this means u r rogi)......................

 

lunch lo tinna amount of food, 4 times a day  tinthe lot of health problems vastheye...........

 

skip breakfast means eating lunch early morning ani meaning....... ee s/w joblo padi adi kudharadam ledu gani.........

 

 

 amount of work should be directly proportional to amount of food in take........

 

thats why 1-2 times meals is good enough for a healthy s/w eng......

I am perfectly ok last week eeeyy checkup done.... ok I should have put this way "6 meals is on rest days on workoutdays you take 8 meals... 2 meals in terms of protien shakes..... "

 

S/w eng anedii only its an excuse man... you can make 1.5 hrs of 24hrs  atleast 5 days in a week your not that busy kadaa.... we are trying to be lazy for 7.5 hrs in a week antey...

smoking isn't easy to quit tho..

hookah try chey...

i did quit smokin..rarely i smoke now..

first thing was to stop buyin the packs..
