WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requirements:

Experience with Windows 2008R2 Server (Windows 2012 experience preferred), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange 2012, Global Policies, roaming profiles, NAS, Virtual servers such as VMware/ESX and file/folder permission/security. Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining all manners of server hardware and associated equipment. Knowledge of Microsoft clustering and WTS/RDP is a plus. Good knowledge of powershell is a plus. Knowledge of storage systems (ie. NetAPP or IBM) is a plus. Required to be on call sometimes and must be able to lift boxes upto 50lbs unassisted.

This is a corporate way of avoiding PHYSICALLY DISABLED applicants.
Major companies do this to avoid legal issues.

I agree with that.. I have seen personally too rejecting physically disbaled for infrastructure positions and also myself worked with physically disabled guy in my team, he lost legs in accident , very nice and hard working but I see him struggling doing physical things. Lately he moved into devops role and he is happy now
