As a user, I want this app to be compatible with android operating system.

As a user, I want the application to be up and running for 99.999 percent of the time, without any inconvenience to users.

As  a user, I want the response time of the application to be less than 2 sec.

As a product owner, I want the application to scale from 100 intial users to 150 users.

As a product owner, I want the application to handle the load for receiving and transmitting the data when the number of users increase.

2) in corporate, usual ga worldwide datacenter untayi and load balancer/trafiic routing tools untayi

3) depends whther its just a read from database or calling someother API internally

4) you can scale to whatever users but given the no of users vs resources you have to perf test

5)  you have to increase the number of instances and scale the databases etc
