Restless leg syndrome is primarily a sleep related disorder. People with very low iron levels can have it. Very unlikely in ur case.

check how many hours u r sleeping. Sleeping less than 8hrs a day with daily intense exercise can itself cause pain since muscle recovery occurs during sleep.
While doing exercises muscle group need at least 24 hrs to recovery. So usually don't recommend same exercise every day. Better every other day. Keep hydrated. Drink lot of fluids.

Naku kudha leg pains vastaye if I played some 50-70 overs cricket match.... Main reason is dehydration


Usually human body 5L of water per day, if gym/games playing 7+L, I think this is the same with u

R u drinking 5L at least ????

proper diet lekapote inthe...naaku 14 yrs back same... daily eggs and juice thaga 3 4 mnths..then thaggai...  asalu nidra pattadhu :( torutre kanipisthadhi :(

Macha Kris di 12 week chestuna ani telling .... do u do stretching ? Before and after ?... leg pain only on next days when u do leg days or every day? If that's the case y don't u go for checkup ?any way ur insurance will take care kada ...

day 7 to 15 madhaya lo edoo video lo chupistadu... but respective muscle groups ki respective muscle stretching chyala mama... see stretching videos in YouTube ... but if stretching doesn't help go for doctor ...
