killer99 Posted December 7, 2014 Report Posted December 7, 2014 the preferred one has a fee. just blue cash ki fee undadhu. neeku chala high limit isthadu. ma frnd ki 15000 limit ichadu, he only reported his phd student income. i personally like amex service, chala baguntadhi. i wanted to cancel a transaction and they were completely on my side.
