nenu kris gethin gani 12 week workout complete chesina oka sari.. ippudu malli start chesi 4th week lo unna..

 

naku actual ga chala manchi results kanpisthunnai dantho

12 weeks workout ni nenu mellaga sagadeesi oka 7-8 months ala chesa.. regular ga poyevadini kadhu gym ki.. poina kuda aa eroju workout em chestham le ani cheppi okkokka sari just cardio chesi ochesevadini.. and mainly diet matram assalu follow kaledhu.. but still I managed to loose 20 pounds.. 

 

okappudu XL size shirts, 36 or 38 size pants eskunetodini.. ippudu L and 34..

Bro naaku main muscle build avvali.....right now nenu 5.10 and 165 lbs....with 14 3/4 inch arms and 40 inch chest...but want to build more....my question is ee prog chesthe...muscle growth baaguntundha ledha just fat loss avuthaama?

naku aithe muscle growth unnattu clear ga thelusthundi dude.. nenu upper body normal ga chestha not too heavy.. na hands antha strong ga undavu ani na feeling.. so reasonable ga muscle growth undhi.. but legs matram full powerful naku.. leg press easy ga 300+ pounds chestha.. na legs and calf muscles chusi gym lo okadu adigadu kuda nannu em workout chesthav ani
